Learning Resources and Physical Requirements

The program is delivered online and our Learning Management System (LMS) provides all of the necessary links and instructions to enable student’s to undertake study.

The minimum requirements are: A computer with a broadband connection.

Support Services

Melbourne Polytechnic provides a range of support services to all learners who require additional assistance from specific support areas. Find out more.

Academic Support is offered during the following hours – Mon- Fri 7.30am – 4.30pm (AEST). Students are also encouraged to request support using the SMART system and academic staff are required to attend to the request within a 10-minute response time.

The Academic support is fostered using a mentoring and guiding methodology to support students throughout their learning. This ensures students are progressing, and are fully supported. The Academic staff are encouraged to form professional relationships with their assigned students to provide successful student outcomes.

Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer (RPL/CT)

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer (CT) enables students to complete their qualification earlier; reduce their study load and/or take on additional courses leading to a second qualification. To determine eligibility, Didasko Institute of Business will assess the skills and knowledge students have gained through life experiences and work that relates to the Business Diploma. The experiences are compared to the qualification and/or units of competency in the qualification to determine what they already know.

If there is a match, RPL/CT will be granted. Didasko Institute of Business will discuss RPL/CT with you to confirm your eligibility.
